Cancellation/No show/Reschdule Policy

All cancellations must be made 48hrs before service, or you will be charged 100% for service. No exceptions.
No Shows will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of their service. Failure to pay balance will result in being blocked from future bookings.
Please remember that when cancelling an appointment, I can not guarantee that I will have open availability. Simply put, DONT cancel and NEVER No-Show!
Clients are allowed 1 courtesy rescheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be made in the same month as your original booking for your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment.
